为了研究癌基因MDM2mRNA过度表达与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的免疫分型、FAB分型及临床高白细胞性的关系,用RT-PCR法检测了32例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿外周血单个核细胞内MDM2mRNA表达水平,并分析MDM2mRNA过度表达与不同型别的关系。高白细胞性白血病(HAL)MDM2表达明显高于非高白细胞性白血病(NHAL)组(P=0.0099);T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)与非T淋巴细胞白血病(Non-T-ALL)间(P=0.7345),L_1型急性淋巴细胞白血病与L_2型间(P=0.8923)的MDM2mRNA表达水平无差异。提示MDM2mRNA过度表达与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的高白细胞性相关。
In order to investigate the relationship between MDM2 mRNA overexpression and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) immunophenotyping, FAB typing and clinical leukemia, RT-PCR was used to detect peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 32 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia The expression of MDM2 mRNA in nucleus and the relationship between MDM2 mRNA overexpression and different types were analyzed. The expression of MDM2 in high leucocytic leukemia (HAL) was significantly higher than that in non-HLL (P = 0.0099); between T-ALL and non-T-ALL (P = 0.7345). There was no difference in MDM2 mRNA expression between L_1 acute lymphoblastic leukemia and L_2 (P = 0.8923).
