瓦斯事故是威胁煤矿安全生产的主要因素,目前煤矿主要以有线监控系统为基础进行瓦斯监测。针对其布线困难、易损毁、成本高等缺点,文章提出了一种基于VxWorks的应急无线瓦斯浓度采集系统,用于对井下瓦斯浓度等环境参数远程采集,为井下救援提供有力数据保障。该系统包含采集前端和接收设备,实际使用中,使用特定布放装置进行采集前端的定点布放,采集前端采集环境参数信息,通过ZigBee网络传输至接收终端进行分析、显示与存储。文章重点介绍了该采集系统工作原理及采集前端的硬件组成和软件实现。实验表明,在模拟环境中,采用本方案可以有效可靠地完成无线数据实时采集任务。
Gas accident is the main factor threatening the safety of coal mines. At present, coal mines mainly conduct gas monitoring based on the cable monitoring system. In view of the shortcomings such as difficult wiring, easy to damage and high cost, this paper presents an emergency wireless gas concentration acquisition system based on VxWorks, which is used for remote collection of environmental parameters such as gas concentration in underground wells and provides powerful data protection for underground rescue. The system includes collecting front-end and receiving equipment. During actual use, the system uses a specific deployment device to collect the front-end fixed-point layout. The front-end collects environmental parameter information and transmits it to the receiving terminal for analysis, display and storage through the ZigBee network. This article focuses on the working principle of the acquisition system and acquisition front-end hardware components and software implementation. Experiments show that in the simulation environment, the program can be completed effectively and reliably wireless data acquisition tasks in real time.
