核心竞争力是一个企业从众多企业中脱颖而出的关键,而提高一个企业核心竞争力的关键则是处理好一个企业的人力资源管理工作。人力资源技术系统的建立和完善以及人才的选拔是做好人力资源管理工作的基础。企业要加大人力资源的培训与开发力度,打造一支高标准的专业团队,以此提高企业的核心竞争力,如此才能使企业在激烈的市场竞争中存活并发展。
The core competitiveness is the key that a company stands out from many enterprises. The key to improve a company’s core competitiveness is to handle the human resources management of an enterprise. The establishment and improvement of the human resources technology system and the selection of qualified personnel are the foundation for human resources management. Enterprises should increase human resources training and development efforts to create a high standard of professional team, in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, so that enterprises can survive in the fierce competition in the market and development.
