解放前,我国的橡胶工业非常落后。解放后,特别是无产阶级文化大革命以来,在毛主席革命路线指引下,我国橡胶工业发展很快,有计划地建设了一些大、中、小型橡胶厂、轮胎厂。为了适应工农业的发展和加速农业机械化的进程,对轮胎的需要日益增加,这就要求不断提高轮胎厂的设计水平。为此,我院对几年来已建成的轮胎厂进行了调查研究,总结设计经验,并在此基础上拟定了轮胎厂的定型设计(图4)。根据调查研究的情况,现就中、小型轮胎厂的总图布置和主要生产车间的设计问题作一探讨。 一、总平面设计 轮胎厂的主要生产车间有准备车间,压延、压出车间,成型车间,硫化车间和内胎车间。辅助生产车间包括总
Before the liberation, our rubber industry was very backward. After the liberation, especially since the proletarian cultural revolution, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary route, China’s rubber industry has developed rapidly and has planned to build large, medium, and small rubber factories and tire factories. In order to adapt to the development of industry and agriculture and accelerate the process of agricultural mechanization, the need for tires is increasing day by day, which requires the continuous improvement of the design level of tire factories. To this end, our institute has conducted investigations and studies on tire factories that have been built up over the past few years, summarizing design experience, and on this basis, formulating the stereotyped design of the tire factory (Figure 4). Based on the investigation and research, we will discuss the layout of the general and small-scale tire factories and the design of the main production workshop. First, the total plane design The tire factory’s main production workshop has a preparation workshop, rolling, press out workshop, molding workshop, vulcanization workshop and inner tube workshop. Auxiliary production workshop including total
