为加强箱梁预应力体系施工控制,使工程施工实现设计意图,保证桥梁使用寿命和耐久性,采用公路桥梁结构设计系统软件GQJS,对预应力索在不同位置产生偏差后对预应力体系的影响和敏感性进行分析,结果表明:预应力索上浮偏差大小及钢绞线定位是否准确,对预应力设计体系影响巨大。通过比较国内外现有混凝土缺陷无损检测方法,提出了X射线技术检测预应力索定位及灌浆缺陷分析方法,并在工程实践中验证了可行性,具有较高的实际应用价值。
In order to strengthen the construction control of the prestressed box girder system, make the design intension of the project construction, and ensure the service life and durability of the bridge, the system design of the highway bridge structure GQJS is adopted to influence the prestressing system of the prestressed cable at different positions The results show that whether the deviation of prestressed cable and the position of strand are accurate or not, it has great influence on prestressed design system. By comparing the existing methods of nondestructive testing of concrete defects at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the method of X - ray detection of prestressed cables and the analysis of grouting defects, and validates the feasibility in engineering practice and has high practical value.
