目的:探讨气相色谱法测定维生素E含量流速的优化选择。方法:通过气相色谱法测定维生素E的分析测量过程,确定合适的流速。结果:气相色谱法测定维生素E的流速为5.0 ml/min时,保留时间为12.330 min,理论塔板数为7434,分离度为5.522。结论:气相色谱法测定维生素E的合适流速为5.0 ml/min;流速的优化对于提高分析效率,改变分离效果、色谱柱效等的研究具有一定意义。
Objective: To explore the optimal choice of gas chromatographic determination of vitamin E flow rate. Methods: Determination of vitamin E by gas chromatography analysis of the measurement process to determine the appropriate flow rate. Results: When the flow rate of vitamin E was determined by gas chromatography at 5.0 ml / min, the retention time was 12.330 min, the theoretical plate number was 7434 and the resolution was 5.522. Conclusion: The suitable flow rate of vitamin E by gas chromatography is 5.0 ml / min. The optimization of flow rate has some significance to improve the efficiency of analysis, to change the separation effect, and to elute the column efficiency.
