本文报道了用化学发光(Chemiluminesc-ence)检查分析来自西德市售不同种类啤酒的158个样品中受挥发性亚硝胺污染的结果。分析用的瓶装或罐装样品由零售店和超级市场获得,鲜啤酒直接取自啤酒桶龙头并立即移入玻璃管中。取样品5~20ml,经冷却、抽真空、加热蒸馏、用二氯甲烷提取或在硅藻土中用二氯乙烷进行液-液分配及用 K-D 蒸馏器浓缩后,加入2ml 正己烷,通氮气流使最终容量为1ml。以同样试剂测空白值。在备有化学发光检测器的气相色谱仪中测定挥发性亚硝基化合物,3ppb 以上的样品再以高分辩力的质谱确证。方法最低检出值为0.1ppb。结果表明,158个样品中有111个(70%)
This paper reports the results of chemical nitrosamine contamination of 158 samples from different types of beers marketed in West Germany by Chemiluminescence assay. Analytical bottled or canned samples were taken at retail stores and supermarkets, and fresh beer was taken directly from the beer tap and immediately transferred into a glass tube. Take samples 5 ~ 20ml, cooled, evacuated, heated distillation, extracted with dichloromethane or diatomaceous earth with dichloroethane liquid-liquid distribution and concentration with a KD distiller, after adding 2ml of n-hexane, pass The nitrogen flow gave a final volume of 1 ml.
