利用最新研制成功的CT(Computerized Tomography,简称CT)专用岩石三轴试验加载设备,完成了三轴(单轴)压缩荷载作用下岩石损伤扩展规律的CT实时试验。得到非常清晰的岩石破坏全过程中从微孔洞被压密到微裂纹发生、发展、贯通、卸荷破坏等各个阶段的CT图象。引入了初始损伤影响因子及闭合影响系数,建议了一个新的损伤变量。从CT细观试验结果出发,给出了应力损伤门槛值,将准静态岩石应力应变全过程曲线分为5个阶段,得到了岩石损伤演化的初步规律。结果表明,利用这套设备进行岩石细观损伤力学特性的研究是一种创新的方法,CT专用加载设备的研制是成功的。
The CT real-time test of rock damage propagation under triaxial (uniaxial) compressive load was completed by using newly developed CT (Computerized Tomography) special rock triaxial test loading equipment. In the whole process of rock failure, the CT images were obtained from various stages such as micro-cavities being compacted, occurrence of micro-cracks, development, penetration and unloading failure. Introduced the impact factor of initial damage and closed influence coefficient, proposed a new damage variable. Based on the results of MS meso-test, the threshold value of stress damage is given. The whole process of stress-strain curve of quasi-static rock is divided into five stages, and the initial law of damage evolution is obtained. The results show that using this equipment to study the mechanical properties of meso-damage of rock is an innovative method. The development of CT dedicated loading equipment is successful.
