采用荧光法测定家兔血浆及脏器中多潘立酮浓度。生物样品经二氯甲烷提取净化后 ,异丙醇定容 ,于 EX= 2 90 nm,EM=32 0 nm处测荧光强度。多潘立酮浓度在 0 .5~ 5.0 μg/ ml范围内与荧光强度线性相关 ,回归方程C =0 .2 0 5F - 0 .398,样品提取回收率为 96.6% ,RSD =5.6%。
Fluorescence method was used to determine the concentration of domperidone in plasma and organs of rabbits. After the biological sample was extracted and purified with methylene chloride, the isopropanol was fixed and the fluorescence intensity was measured at EX = 2 90 nm and EM = 32 0 nm. The concentration of domperidone was linearly correlated with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0.5 ~ 5.0 μg / ml. The regression equation was C = 0.250F - 0.398. The recovery rate of the sample was 96.6% and the RSD was 5.6%.
