我科收治了1例先天性左侧耳廓巨大黑色素痣,虽无症状,但外形丑陋。为了最大程度的保留耳廓形状,并争取手术后与健侧对称,乃将巨痣由耳廓软骨膜以上全部切除,采用中厚游离皮片修复创面,避免了修复后耳廓臃肿。术后10天拆线,移植的皮片全部成活。术后左耳廓的大小、外形、皮肤质地、色泽达到满意的治疗效果。与健侧对比,不但外形无异,并且耳轮、舟、窝、甲、艇等形态均达到完全对称。现报告如 Our department admitted a case of congenital left auricle giant melanoma, although no symptoms, but ugly appearance.
