股骨干合并同侧股骨颈骨折的发病率虽然不高,但近年来却有上升的趋势,交通意外、建筑塌方、高处坠落等高能量损伤常可导致此类骨折.我们自2002年1月至2011年12月对收治的16例此类患者进行了诊治,现报道如下1临床资1.1 一般资料 我院2002年1月至2011年12月共收治255例股骨干骨折的患者,其中16例合并有同侧股骨颈骨折(发病率约为6.3％).16例患者中,男12例,女4例;年龄23～53岁,平均33.8岁;左侧9例,右侧7例.致伤原因:交通事故10例,高处坠落5例,工地挖掘机误伤1例.
