目的:明确三七果实蓟马的主要种类,并筛选高效低毒农药品种。方法:采集三七果实上的蓟马,室内制片鉴定。在田间设立小区,进行药剂筛选。结果:经鉴定,三七果实的蓟马主要是棕榈蓟马(Thripsp palmi),主要危害三年三七的果实,使果实褪色干瘪,严重影响三七的结果率。对棕榈蓟马的田间药效试验结果表明,20%丁硫克百威、40%速扑杀和金亮瓜,速效性好、持效期长,药后10 d调查,其防效分别达到79.6%、89.9%和87.9%;其次是全红,药后10 d防效分别达到73.2%。结论:在三七果实棕榈蓟马的化学防治中可以交替使用上述四种农药。
Objective: To identify the main types of Thrips palmi, and to screen high efficiency and low toxicity pesticides. Methods: The thrips of Panax notoginseng fruit were collected and identified in the laboratory. Set up a plot in the field for drug screening. Results: Thrips palmi was identified as the main thrips of Panax notoginseng fruit, which harmed the fruits of Panax notoginseng by the end of the year and rendered the fruit faded and shriveled, which seriously affected the result rate of Panax notoginseng. The results showed that 20% carbosulfan, 40% cucurbitacin and golden lamella had good quick-acting and long-lasting effect. The control effect of 10% 79.6%, 89.9% and 87.9%, followed by all-red, and the control effect reached 73.2% on the 10th day after the drug administration. Conclusion: The above four kinds of pesticides can be used alternately in chemical control of Thrips palmi.
