目的分析蜣螂油脂的化学成分,为蜣螂开发利用提供一定依据。方法采用GC-MS联用仪,分析蜣螂油脂的化学成分。结果从中检出14种化合物,其中油酸和亚油酸等不饱合脂肪酸含量高达50%以上,并含有较少见的奇数碳脂肪酸。结论预示蜣螂油脂对心脑血管系统疾病有防治作用,其抗癌活性可能与奇数碳脂肪酸有关。
Objective To analyze the chemical components of alfalfa oil and provide some basis for the development and utilization of alfalfa. Methods GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the oil. As a result, 14 compounds were detected, among which the unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid were up to 50% and contained rare odd-numbered carbon fatty acids. The conclusions indicate that the oil has the preventive and therapeutic effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and its anticancer activity may be related to odd-numbered carbon and fatty acids.
