目的 :研究健康受试者口服盐酸班布特罗后血浆中特布它林浓度 LC-MS测定方法。方法 :血浆中特布它林溶剂提取后采用选择性离子检测方法测定其血药浓度 ,1 0 % Na2 S2 O5溶液作为酶抑制剂。结果 :特布它林的线性范围为 0 .1 ng/ ml～ 2 0 .0 ng/ ml,日内和日间精密度均小于 1 5 .0 % ,方法的回收率为 79%～ 90 %。结论 :该测定方法学考察均符合血浆样品的要求 ,可以运用于临床药物动力学研究 Objective: To study the plasma concentration of terbutaline in healthy subjects after oral administration of bambuterol hydrochloride by LC-MS.
