培养法律思维是法学教育的主要目标,而目前多数高校的《法理学》课程仅仅在大一开设,这种设置方式存在着很多局限与不足。分级设置的教学改革则可以针对不同年级学生的不同情况讲授相应内容,循序渐进地培养其法律思维。当然,分级设置的教学改革也有其自身的局限。从对《法理学》课程分级设置的讨论中可以看到,当前的法学教育需要大规模提升实践性教学环节和内容,法律方法论就是其中的重点方向。
To cultivate legal thinking is the main goal of legal education. At present, most jurisprudence courses in jurisprudence are only offered in the freshman year. There are many limitations and deficiencies in this way of setting. The teaching reform which is set hierarchically can teach corresponding contents for different grades of students in different situations and cultivate their legal thinking step by step. Of course, the teaching reform in different levels also has its own limitations. From the discussion on the graded setting of “Jurisprudence”, we can see that the current law education needs a large-scale promotion of practical teaching and content, and legal methodology is one of the key directions.
