煤样抗压、拉强度与点荷载指标关系的试验研究

通过对漳村煤矿3#煤层煤样进行单轴压缩、巴西劈裂、捣碎法以及点荷载试验,对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:捣碎、巴西劈裂、单轴压缩和点荷载试验结果的离散程度依次增大;非规则试样与规则试样相比,点荷载试验结果的离散程度明显偏大,规则试样平行层理与垂直层理加载方式得到的点荷载强度结果大致相同;煤样的坚固性系数、单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度与点荷载强度具有关联性,能够实现相互转换得到相应参数,转换后的强度参数可为煤体强度分级指标的确定提供了依据。 Through uniaxial compression of coal samples of No.3 coal seam in Zhangcun Coal Mine, Brazilian splitting, crushing method and point load test, the test results were analyzed. The results show that the degree of discreteness of the results of mashing, Brazil splitting, uniaxial compression and point load increases in turn. Compared with the regular sample, the irregularity of the point load test results is obviously larger. The results of the point load strength obtained by the parallel bedding and the vertical bedding are roughly the same. The solid coefficient, the uniaxial compressive strength, the tensile strength and the point load strength of the coal sample are correlated and can be converted into the corresponding parameters, The converted strength parameters provide the basis for the determination of the grade index of coal mass.
