经济全球化的不断演变,各行各业之间的竞争压力逐渐加大,企业要想在同行竞争中脱颖而出,就必须要顺应时代变化,加快经济转型,优化产业结构。这其中企业投资决策成为企业经营发展的重要关注对象,投资项目决策的成败决定着企业今后发展的好坏,对维持企业经营具有决定性作用。本文首先介绍了企业投资决策的内涵,指出了现如今企业经营管理过程中投资项目决策存在的主要问题,并对投资决策方法进行了研究。 Under the continuous evolution of economic globalization, the pressure of competition among all walks of life is gradually increasing. If enterprises want to stand out in the competition of their peers, they must conform to the changes in the times, speed up the economic restructuring and optimize the industrial structure. Among them, the investment decision-making of enterprises has become an important object of business development. The success or failure of the investment project decision-making determines the future development of the enterprise and plays a decisive role in maintaining the business operation. This paper first introduces the connotation of the investment decision-making, points out the main problems in the decision-making of the investment project nowadays in the process of enterprise management, and makes a research on the investment decision-making method.
