客户关系管理是企业市场营销中的重要内容,也是提高企业市场营销水平的关键条件,如果企业的客户关系管理质量不高,将会影响企业各类营销活动的顺利开展,所以完善客户关系管理体系至关重要。实际情况中,我国各企业虽然有了较大发展,企业规模也不断壮大,但是在客户关系管理方面,受人为因素及外部因素的影响,依旧存在较多问题。很多企业都不注重进行客户关系管理,只关注营销活动的开展,致使客户流动性较大,影响企业的经营。本文主要对企业市场营销中客户关系管理体系进行分析,提出了一些建议。
