本文探讨了在由学历教育为主向学历教育与任职教育并存的教育模式方向转变中,我院如何构建和谐、协调、可持续发展的特色馆藏文献资源体系的问题。军队院校的图书馆建设要以科学发展观为指导,加强图书馆资源建设,加强数字化图书馆建设,拓宽服务领域,着眼可持续发展,统筹兼顾,积极发挥图书馆在学校教学、科研及培养人全面发展过程中的重要作用。
