2007年山西“黑砖窑”事件得以顺利解决,媒体功不可没。其间虽也有失误与不足,但其发挥的正功能与正影响是主要的。本文以时间为经线,以各阶段媒体与党政部门的互动为纬线,勾勒出一幅媒体与党政部门良性互动促使问题解决的脉络图,并对此做出分析。期望能从中得到一些有益启示与借鉴,使媒体在危机事件中能最大限度地发挥其正功能与正影响,维护人民利益,做党和政府的好助手,化解社会危机,为构建和谐社会服务。
In 2007 Shanxi “black brick kiln” incident was successfully resolved, the media contributed. Although there are mistakes and deficiencies in the meantime, its positive function and positive influence are the main ones. Taking time as a meridian, taking the interaction between the media and the party and government departments in each stage as the latitude, this article sketches out a context map that the media and the party and government departments can promote the solution to the problem and makes an analysis. It is hoped that some helpful revelations and lessons can be drawn from this, so that the media can maximize its positive function and positive impact in the event of crisis, safeguard the interests of the people, act as a good assistant to the party and the government, resolve the social crisis and serve the building of a harmonious society.
