研究了大型柴油机活塞项环槽激光淬火层的组织、耐磨性和磨损机理。激光淬火的环槽表面具有良好的耐磨性,比原高频淬火和镀铬工艺处理的耐磨性有较大提高。实际运行结果在明,激光淬火是提高大型柴油机活塞顶使用寿命的有效途径。
The microstructure, wear resistance and wear mechanism of the laser quenched layer in piston ring groove of large diesel engine were studied. Laser quenching ring groove surface has good wear resistance than the original high-frequency quenching and chrome plating process has greatly improved the wear resistance. The actual results in the Ming, laser quenching is to improve the life of large diesel piston effective way.
