目的:探讨用硝苯地平缓释片治疗农村地区老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:回顾性地分析120例农村地区老年原发性高血压患者口服硝苯地平缓释片的临床疗效。结果:120例老年高血压患者经用硝苯地平缓释片治疗后,其收缩压、舒张压均有所下降,三级高血压总有效率分别为93.7%、89.8%、88.9%;结论:硝苯地平缓释片能明显降低收缩压及舒张压,疗效确切,能有效地改善心功能低下。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension in rural areas. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 120 rural elderly patients with essential hypertension nifedipine sustained-release tablets clinical curative effect. Results: After treatment with nifedipine sustained release tablets in 120 elderly hypertensive patients, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased, and the total effective rates of three hypertension were 93.7%, 89.8% and 88.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Nifedipine sustained-release tablets can significantly reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the exact effect, can effectively improve cardiac dysfunction.
