5000kN连续驱动摩擦焊机主轴箱的有限元分析

以5 000 kN连续驱动摩擦焊机主轴箱为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench平台建立了有限元模型。对受顶锻压力时的主轴箱体进行了静力分析。通过模态分析,计算了主轴箱的前8阶固有频率和振型。结果表明,现有主轴箱的设计符合使用要求,为箱体结构改进提供了必要的理论依据。 With 5 000 kN continuous drive friction welding spindle box as the research object, the finite element model was established by ANSYS Workbench platform. The static analysis of the spindle box subjected to forging pressure was carried out. Through the modal analysis, the first 8 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the headstock were calculated. The results show that the design of the existing headstock meets the requirements of use and provides the necessary theoretical basis for the improvement of the structure of the box.
