应用离子选择性电极为敏感器的间接测定方法,是以Ag~+为辅助离子,与待测物——苯胺发生络合反应,选用银离子选择性电极为指示电极,测量络合反应前后银离子的变化量。通过银和苯胺的辅助反应的化学计量关系间接测定水中苯胺的含量。在我们选定的条件下,测定水中苯胺含量的精度可达10~(-6)M。
The indirect method of using ion-selective electrode as sensor is to use Ag + as auxiliary ion to complex with the analyte-aniline. The silver ion-selective electrode is used as the indicator electrode to measure the interaction between silver The amount of ion change. The aniline content in water was determined indirectly by the stoichiometry of the auxiliary reaction between silver and aniline. Under the conditions we selected, the accuracy of determination of aniline in water can reach 10 ~ (-6) M.
