目的探讨F8气囊双腔导尿管治疗输尿管皮肤造口术后刺激性皮炎的护理。方法对行膀胱全切+输尿管皮肤造口术后出现输尿管乳头脱落、回缩,造口内陷等并发症致皮肤刺激性炎症的12例膀胱癌患者,应用F8气囊双腔导尿管治疗,同时提供合理的护理并指导患者配合,观测其术后恢复情况。结果 12例患者1周后造口周围皮肤恢复良好,1个月后较好地适应F8气囊双腔导尿管放置于输尿管皮肤造口的正常生活,刺激性皮炎预防有效率和治愈率均达到100%。结论对膀胱全切+输尿管皮肤造口患者,F8气囊双腔导尿管可有效收集尿液,减少患者尿液对造口周围皮肤的刺激,促进造口周围皮肤的愈合;出院后通过加强管道的自我护理,可提高患者对手术的满意度及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the nursing of irritant dermatitis after ureteral skin ostomy with F8 balloon dual lumen catheter. Methods Twelve patients with bladder cancer who underwent total curative resection of bladder and ureter skin after oral ostomy with ureteral nipple off, retraction and ostomy were stimulated with F8 balloon double-lumen catheter. At the same time, Provide reasonable care and guide patients to cooperate to observe the postoperative recovery. Results After 12 weeks, the skin around the stoma recovered well. After 1 month, it was well adapted to the normal life of the F8 balloon dual-lumen catheter placed on the ureteric skin stoma. The effective rate and the cure rate of irritant dermatitis reached 100%. Conclusions For patients undergoing total cystectomy and ureteral skin stoma, F8 balloon dual-lumen catheter can effectively collect urine, reduce the patient’s urine stimulation of the skin around the stoma and promote skin healing around the stoma. After discharge, Self-care, can improve patient satisfaction with the operation and quality of life.
