中央人民政府政务院财政经济委员会结合中央农业、林垦两部召开的全国农林计划会议,从本月二十日开始,历时十天、今日结束。会议期间,各大行政区、华北五省及内蒙自治区农林行政负责同志报告和讨论了一九五一年农林生产计划及三年计划轮廓,讨论了农林事业经费和贷款以及农产品的收购和价格政策、农林行政组织机构、统计调查等问题,并初步确定了农林生产计划的方针、任务、经费及一些重要问题。
The Central People’s Government Financial and Economic Committee under the State Council combined with the Central Agriculture and Forestry Kenwood Conference on National Agriculture and Forestry held two sessions starting from the 20th of this month and lasted 10 days and ended today. During the meeting, responsible officials of the major administrative regions, five provinces of North China and the administratives of agriculture and forestry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported and discussed the outline of the 1957 plan of agricultural and forestry production and the three-year plan, discussed the funding and loans for agriculture and forestry, the acquisition and pricing policies for agricultural products, Agriculture and forestry administrative organizations, statistical surveys and other issues, and initially identified the plan of agriculture and forestry production guidelines, tasks, funding and some important issues.
