目的探讨人三明治羊膜替代心包防止粘连的临床效果，并与硅橡胶进行了比较。方法选用１２只山羊，切除部分心包，以人羊膜和硅橡胶替代心包，观察防止粘连的效果。结果术后所有羊恢复良好，无切口感染及其它并发症。分别于３，６，９，１２个月处死动物，肉眼观察无心包积液，三明治羊膜补片与胸壁切口背面、心外膜之间无任何粘连，效果良好，而硅橡胶补片在术后晚期出现粘连。结论人三明治羊膜替代心包防止粘连效果良好 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of human sandwich amniotic membrane in preventing pericardial adhesion and compare with silicone rubber. Methods Twelve goats were selected and part of the pericardium was excised. The pericardium and silicone rubber were used instead of the pericardium to observe the effect of preventing adhesion. Results All the sheep recovered well after operation without incision infection and other complications. The animals were sacrificed at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months respectively. The uncorrected fluid was observed with the naked eye.
