目的制定十三味乳核消合剂的质量分析标准。方法采用大孔树脂吸附法提取药物主要成分,采用薄层色谱法对十三味乳核消合剂进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对汤剂中的主要成分进行含量测定。结果本实验成功地对组方中的夏枯草、柴胡、当归、白芍进行了有效成分的提取及薄层鉴别,并对组方中白芍有效成分芍药苷进行了含量测定。结论通过该方法得到十三味乳核消合剂的质量标准。
Objective To establish a quality analysis standard for the Thirteen Taste Milk Remover. Methods The macroporous resin adsorption method was used to extract the main components of the drug. The Thirteen Odoriferous Milk Remover was qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography. The main components in the decoction were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: The experiment successfully extracted the active ingredients and identified the thin layer of Prunella vulgaris, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Paeoniae Alba, and determined the content of Paeoniflorin, which is the effective component of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Conclusion The quality standard of the Thirteen Taste Milk Remover was obtained by this method.
