《社会保障“十二五”规划纲要》明确要求,要改进和加强社会保障管理服务,加强社会保障业务档案、数据、信息网络管理,保证资料和信息的完整、准确、安全。改善参保人员社会保险档案管理等经办服务条件。在实际应用中,福建省厦门市社保中心将社保业务档案信息整理存入数据库,将社保业务档案数据库统一管理,注意原始档案和电子档案并重,充分发挥社保业务档案的功能。
