探讨高功率微波(HPM)辐射后大鼠心肌、血浆心钠素和内皮素的改变及其意义。方法:采用平均功率密度为10~100 mW/cm2的HPM模拟源辐射90只二级W istar雄性大鼠,应用光镜、图像分析技术和放射免疫法检测HPM辐射后6 h,1、3、7及14 d大鼠变性心肌、血浆心钠素和内皮素变化。结果:HPM辐射后6 h~7 d内变性心肌范围呈进行性扩大并加重,7 d见心肌肌浆凝聚,横纹消失,且随辐射剂量增加,损伤效应加重,14 d病变减轻。大鼠血浆心钠素浓度于1~7 d升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),且与辐射剂量呈正相关,即辐射剂量越大,效应越明显,14 d恢复正常水平。血浆内皮素浓度于辐射后7 d内呈升高趋势,10和100 mW/cm2组1 d升高有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),14 d恢复正常水平。结论:一定功率密度的HPM辐射可造成心肌纤维变性,心脏内分泌功能受损,参与了HPM辐射所致心脏损伤的病理生理过程。
To investigate the changes and significance of atrial natriuretic peptide and endothelin in rat myocardium and plasma after high power microwave (HPM) radiation. Methods: Ninety Wistar male rats were irradiated with HPM simulation source with an average power density of 10-100 mW / cm2. Six hours after HPM irradiation were detected by light microscope, image analysis and radioimmunoassay, Changes of cardiac muscle, plasma atrial natriuretic peptide and endothelin in rats on 7 and 14 d. RESULTS: Within 6 h to 7 d after HPM irradiation, the extent of degeneration of myocardium was enlarged and worsened. On the 7 d, myocardial sarcoplasm condensed and striated disappeared. With the increase of radiation dose, the damage effect was aggravated, and the lesion was relieved on the 14th day. Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide concentrations in rats increased from 1 to 7 days (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and were positively correlated with the dose of radiation. That is, the greater the radiation dose, the more obvious the effect and the return to normal levels on the 14th day. Plasma endothelin concentration tended to increase within 7 days after radiation, and there was a significant difference between the 10 and 100 mW / cm2 groups on the 1st day (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and returned to normal on the 14th day. Conclusion: HPM radiation with a certain power density can cause myocardial fibrosis and impaired cardiac endocrine function, which is involved in the pathophysiological process of heart damage caused by HPM radiation.
