随着我国社会经济的高速发展,广大人民对精神生活的需要不断提升。而公共文化馆的免费开发,有助于满足广大人民的精神生活需要,有助于提升广大人民的思想道德与科学文化素质,只有这样才能确保广大人民群众的基本文化权益,能共享文化建设发展的成果,促进和谐社会的建设。本文基于文化馆免费开放的意义进行分析,抓住公共文化馆发展的现状,并尝试性提出如何在科学发展观的推动下,让科学文化馆建设走出一条健康持续发展的道路,从而进一步体现文化馆免费开放的意义,并不断完善免费开放的体制。
