根据中国大陆30个省市区的面板数据,运用SFA方法分析比较了1990~2008年中国各个省市区、全国及三大区域的全要素能源效率、产业结构和区域发展差异,在此基础上对区域发展差异的成因进行了计量分析和研究。结果表明:区域能源效率存在比较大的差异,东部地区全要素能源效率最高,其次是中部地区,效率最低的是西部地区;中国的全要素投入产出弹性大于1,说明中国整体的能源效率还有相当大的提升空间。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in Mainland China, SFA method was used to analyze and compare the total factor energy efficiency, industrial structure and regional development differences among various provinces, cities, provinces and regions in China from 1990 to 2008. On this basis The causes of regional differences in development were measured and analyzed. The results show that there is a big difference in energy efficiency in the region, the total factor energy efficiency is the highest in the eastern region, followed by the central region, and the lowest efficiency is in the western region. China’s total factor input-output elasticity is greater than 1, indicating that China’s overall energy efficiency There is considerable room for improvement.
