复杂电子装备采用层次化、模块化的设计,维修级别与测试要求具有层级化配置的特点,据此提出一种基于层次测试性模型的评估方法.多信号流图模型具有表达多维故障属性的能力,根据维修级别与装备物理结构的划分层次,在各个层次上建立该层的多信号流图模型,对无法测试诊断或维修的部分,建立下一层的多信号流图模型,以此构成层次测试性模型;使用该模型获取层次相关性矩阵,运用测试性评估数学模型得到各维修级别上装备的测试性水平.实例分析验证了该方法能够有效评估装备在不同条件下的测试性水平,同时可为测试性设计与维修决策提供指导帮助.
