①目的了解新疆0~5岁农村儿童营养状况。②方法按全国第2次营养调查标准进行体格测量、评价,血红蛋白分析采用氰化高铁法。③结果在被调查的3847例儿童中,热能-蛋白质营养不良占17.3%,低体重儿童发生率为20.1%,身材矮小儿童发生率占20.0%,佝偻病检出率高达32.4%,维生素B2缺乏也比较严重。0~5岁农村儿童贫血患病率高达62.2%,并且年龄越小患病率越高。④结论新疆农村儿童存在着较严重的营养问题,应积极采取措施进行膳食指导,改善儿童的营养状况。
①Objectives To understand the nutritional status of rural children aged 0 ~ 5 in Xinjiang. ② Method According to the national second nutrition survey standards for physical measurement, evaluation, hemoglobin analysis using cyanidation method. Results Among the 3847 children surveyed, the incidence of heat-protein malnutrition was 17.3%, that of low-weight children was 20.1%, that of short-stature children was 20.0%, and that of rickets was as high as 32 .4%, vitamin B2 deficiency is also more serious. The prevalence of anemia in rural children aged 0 ~ 5 years is as high as 62.2%, and the younger the prevalence is, the higher the prevalence is. Conclusion The rural children in Xinjiang have more serious nutritional problems and should take active measures to guide their meals and improve the nutritional status of children.
