医疗,关乎生老病死,关乎千家万户。伴随着医疗改革的不断推进,公立医院改革已成为医疗改革中最为核心的焦点和难点,为提升公立医院的服务水平、提高医护人员积极性,改革公立医院的薪酬制度已经成为必然。本文结合公立医院薪酬改革过程中存在的问题进行思考,并提出完善公立医院薪酬改革的建议,以期推动医改的实施,提高公立医院的服务水平。
Medical care is about the death and illness of the elderly, it is about every household. With the continuous advancement of medical reform, public hospital reform has become the most central focus and difficulty in medical reform. To improve the service level of public hospitals and improve the enthusiasm of medical staff, the reform of public hospital pay system has become inevitable. In this paper, public hospitals pay reform in the process of thinking and put forward some proposals to improve the reform of public hospitals in order to promote the implementation of health care reform, improve the level of public hospital services.
