通过对离心磨矿机滚筒内介质运动和介质分布区域的分析 ,从理论上探讨了离心磨矿机有用功率计算表达式。通过试验比较 ,离心磨矿机具有较高的碎矿效率。计算表达式基本反映了离心磨矿机有用功率的总体情况 ,说明其表达式合理可行。试验还得知 ,离心磨矿机的有用功率为输入功率的 4 0 %左右 ,高于普通球磨机 (30 % )。其有用功率计算值与实测值基本相符
Based on the analysis of the media movement and the distribution of media in the roller of the centrifugal mill, the calculation formula of the useful power of the centrifugal mill is theoretically discussed. Through experimental comparison, centrifugal mill has a high crushing efficiency. The calculation expression basically reflects the overall situation of the useful power of the centrifugal mill, indicating that the expression is reasonable and feasible. Test also learned that the useful power of centrifugal mill for the input power of about 40% higher than ordinary ball mill (30%). The calculated value of useful power is in good agreement with the measured value
