  The Soil of Creation
  In the 1980s, the ecological power and energy cost of the human society had exceeded the equilibrium of the Earth’s carrying capacity. In 1984, an Antarctic ozone hole was discovered by British scientists for the first time, which proved that the Earth’s protective layer had been destructed by human’s unrestrained activities. This was a wake-up call for the world. However, modern industrial society is built on the foundation to improve social productivity by human’s relying on industries. The reality is that we cannot do without cars or machines. Global oil consumption gradually rises each year. According to estimates by economists and scientists, known workable oil deposits will be exhausted by the middle of this century. If a new energy system fails to be established by then, a most serious economic and social crisis in history will sweep the world and even lead to energy battles.
  Chinese economy, market-oriented since the 1990s, has led to a sharp rise in energy consumption with its sustained high-speed development. Since 1993, China has become a net energy importer from a net exporter, with increased dependence on foreign energies. There are energy gaps in coal, electricity, oil, natural gas and so on in China. Particularly, the increasing demand for oil and the inducing structural contradiction have become the biggest challenge posed to China’s energy safety. However, the reality is that it’s difficult for China to sharply reduce the demand for energy amidst development. Take cars for example, since China’s entry to WTO in 2001, its auto sales in the proportion of total global car sales has grown from 4.27% to the present 25%. According to estimates by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the proportion will continue to rise.
  A Dream Comes True
  In 2000, when ordinary people in China were still complaining about the petrol price rising from 2.38 yuan per liter to 2.47 yuan, some scientists with vision worked on how to develop and use rich natural resources and develop clean energies so that they could improve the ecological environment while solving the problem of energy shortages. Air energies become the focus. How can the inexhaustible clean energies be turned into tremendous power and then replace oil for cars’ engines?
  With the dream-like idea, 15 research workers of Xiangtian Group departed from Chengdu, Sichuan and embarked a journey to find the solutions from 2000 to 2002. During these two years, living in a southwestern part of China, they started preliminary design and experiment of the R & D of aerodynamic engines. In 2003, the company moved to Shandong. 20 research workers began producing a model aerodynamic engine. After over six years’ efforts, a major breakthrough was achieved in R & D by Xiangtian Group. The company started manufacturing a prototype engine in Tianjin in 2007. All the scientific and technical experts and professors cooperated with prestigious domestic universities and overcame numerous technical barriers in the process of testing, experimenting, manufacturing, setting up industry standards and promotion. Finally they succeeded! With the world’s leading techniques, this technology pioneers in China. The company has applied for over one thousand patents, among which nearly 100 patents have been awarded. This technology was also awarded PCT invention patent.   The twin-screw air compressor RCZ-050A developed by Xiangtian Group has the capacity of 44 kilowatts and can convert compressed air to air energy. It is noiseless, easy for maintenance and operation, safe and stable, with low failure rate and flexible movement. It can store energy for high-pressure gas tanks and provide power for aerodynamic generating vehicles. This invention has won multiple certificates of “National Utility Model Patent” (eight design patents, four utility model patents and one patent for software copyrights). This achievement frees China from relying on imports of high-pressure air compressors and breaks down the technological monopoly of foreign countries. This air compressor is a reliable new technological product with less noise, large delivery capacity, high pressure, low cost for maintenance and long life.
  The aerodynamic engine developed by Xiangtian Group was on exhibition in the 13th China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC) for the first time in 2010. Its appearance is sensational. A decade’s hard work made Xiangtian Group stand in the spotlight of the stage. The company invested 200-300 million yuan in R & D during 2008 and 2011 for the design of various prototype engines and the transformation of engines. It participated in the 14th and 15th CHITEC consecutively.
  In 2012, a major breakthrough was achieved in Xiangtian Group’s “Air Energy Core Power” technology. An industry standard for “Air Energy Core Power” was established. At present, the company’s main R & D products include the seven series of comprehensive natural energy wind tower series, aerodynamic generating sets series, aerodynamic coaches of large, medium and small sizes, aerodynamic auto engines, aerodynamic ship generators, aerodynamic high-speed rail generators and spare parts of air compressors.
  Good Use of Air Energy”
  In fact, there are similar inventions of the technology of “Air Energy Core Power” in foreign countries, whose technology is based on the integrated R & D of oil and air. It mainly utilizes the aerodynamic generating system while retrofitting a car the aerodynamic engine system from a small gasoline engine, so that the car can be filled with air energy while driving. A certain amount of gasoline is consumed, which produces less air pollution compared to gasoline and diesel engines. However, zero pollution and zero emission cannot be achieved by using their technology.
  Natural energies can be used to support a system, i.e., solar energy, wind power, magnetic energy and potential energy. Energy conversion and storage can be achieved in various ways, but they are charged at slow-speed. In particular, large-scale energy storage for batteries cannot be achieved within a certain time. However, compressed-air can quickly help the storage and extraction of surplus energy, which lays a foundation for the feasibility of compressed-air power. The different stability phenomenon of gases and liquids was found by a French scientist as early as in 1897. A variety of gases compressed at normal temperatures reach a certain pressure. When released after being heated, the volume of effective power is larger than the original heating power. But this finding, failing to get scientific and technical support, is neglected for over 100 years, because the composition in the air cannot be fully analyzed and gas heating coefficient is unknown. It cannot be properly used.   Xiangtian Group’s aerodynamic technology comprehensively utilizes the “principle of entropy increase” in thermodynamics. Various features of air are integrated and high-temperature expansion solution of compressed air is developed, so that the coefficient of air heating and expansion can be quickly and efficiently improved.
  Xiangtian Group’s aerodynamic technology is based on the “principle of entropy increase” and the integration of different features of air and the “high temperature expanding liquid for compressed air” was developed. This liquid can effectively increase and improve the general volumetric thermal expansion coefficient. An experiment showed: Gas expansion index: When the air heats up to 273 degrees, the size of expandable subject will expand 1 time. When using “high temperature expanding liquid for compressed air” to heat up air to 150 degrees, the size of expandable subject expands 1244.69 times. Further heating it up to 430 degrees, the expandable pressure reaches 15 MPa. The “high temperature expanding liquid for compressed air” is non toxic with a color. The energy generated by the compressed air is 30-50KW of electricity. The compressed air is heated to 430 degrees within three seconds when the "spiral vortex air heating device” is used. Then the “high temperature expanding liquid for compressed air” is injected into the compressed air with a high pressure water jet technology. The gas pressure will expand 1244.69 times and the engine cylinder piston pressure will reach 15MPa. This pressure exceeds the original power generated by compressed air by several dozens of times. The "spiral vortex air heating device” consumes 30KW power. 30% of the power of the physical energy is dissipated in this system, like the energy conversion in internal combustion engines which dissipates 30% of the stress work.
  Let Cars be Fed with Air Energy Instead of Gasoline
  This new energy engine developed by Xiangtian Group utilizes conversion of air energy from air compressed by electrical energy. Such air energy can produce mechanical energy and eventually be converted to propelling energy. Vehicles can move driven by this energy, without consuming oil. Zero pollution and zero emission can really be achieved. Electrical energy mainly comes from the aerodynamic turbine wind towers of Xiangtian Group.
  Wind towers adopt the chimney effect, i.e., thermal sensitive effect and wind tunnel effect. They enable hot air in the wind tunnel to form a tornado as power, driving N set of turbine fan generator units to generate power up to 35,000 kWh. Power can be generated all day to provide electricity for industrial and residential use safely and steadily. Storage facilities for surplus power are installed too. During the whole process, there are neither carbon emissions nor combustion. The whole power generating process is doing work physically. The wind tower covers a small area, so there is no need to build cinder dump sites. It can be widely used. The scale of the power plant can be based on the needs of local enterprises and residents, without building a high-voltage tower. Investment can be saved. Especially, it can solve the problem of power use in islands, border posts, mines, remote areas, offices, schools and hospitals in need of dual power.   New energy vehicles using this aerodynamic engine are free from using oil, combustion and circuit ignition. It is zero emission, strong powered with easy maintenance, low cost and low failure rate. When driving for 200 km, the speed can reach 140 km/h. Refilling air energy for 3-5 minutes one time, the vehicle can further drive over 200 km. It is economical and efficient. Aerodynamic engine can be widely applied in family cars, commercial vehicles, medium-sized buses, forklifts and military vehicles. Test vehicles of medium and small sized aerodynamic coaches have been successfully developed, which fully adopt compressed air as the main power source to drive. Sustained long-distance driving can be achieved. Today, the idea that “Let cars be fed with air energy instead of gasoline” is no longer a dream. It comes true.
  In addition, the company has developed and manufactured air filling stations, aerodynamic high-speed rail engines and aerodynamic ship engines, all of which can achieve physical and mechanical work through aerodynamics, free from using oil, combustion and circuit ignition. It is zero emission, strong powered with easy maintenance, low cost and low failure rate. Through exploring the maximum conversion of energy, Xiangtian Group provides a clean energy for the society, which is low-carbon, high efficient and cheap. By using this energy, the goal of low energy consumption, green emission and zero emission can be achieved. This company has made positive contributions to resolving world energy crisis and environmental crisis as well as improving China’s social productivity and promoting economic development.
