旗山矿副井采用多绳摩擦轮式提升机,服务-420m和-700 m两个水平巷道;采用交流绕线式异步电动机转子串电阻启动;电动机功率为630 kW,双电动机拖动;减速点后采用低频制动及低频拖动。2001年10月进行了PLC电控系统改造。1原系统存在的问题(1)元器件老化,设备故障率高。(2)元器件分散,外部接线多,设备故障率高。与S7-300PLC现场可编程控制器连接的传感器及输入、输出接点的连接全都通过中间继电器转换,由于继电器是接点元件,动作频繁,易损坏。
