1995～1996年.我科行支撑喉镜下YAG激光治疗声带新生物38例.近期疗效满意.现报告如下.1 临床资料 38例患者.男15例,女23例.年龄22～58岁.声带小结28例,声带息肉10例、病变位于前连合的4例,位于声带前、中1/3交界处的34例.主要表现为声嘶.术后均由病检确诊.
1995 to 1996. Our branch support laryngoscope YAG laser treatment of vocal cord neoplasm 38 cases of recent results are satisfactory. Are reported as follows.1 Clinical data 38 patients, 15 males and 23 females, aged 22 to 58 years. 28 cases of vocal nodules, 10 cases of vocal cord polyps, lesions in the anterior commissure in 4 cases, located in the vocal fold before, at the junction of 1 / 3. The main performance is hoarseness.
