随着城市化进程的加快,人们对生活环境的要求越来越高,尤其是环境绿化成为人们关注的重点问题。园林绿化工程作为城市环境绿化的主要方式,在城市环境建设中发展为突出的工程项目。但是园林绿化工程需要消耗大量的资金,因此,需要做好成本控制,才能减少建设资金的浪费。园林绿化成本控制实际上就是以园林建设项目的预期成本实现为目标,对成本进行预算和核算的一系列活动。通过成本控制的方式可以增加工程的收入,降低整个项目的施工成本。采用优化资金结构的方式也可以降低工程施工成本,促进施工单位的发展符合市场经济发展要求。本文就园林绿化工程成本控制的问题进行分析,进而探讨成本控制和资金结构优化的措施。
With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, people are increasingly demanding on the living environment, especially the greening of the environment has become the focus of attention. As the main method of urban greening, landscape engineering has developed into a prominent project in the construction of urban environment. However, landscaping projects need to consume a large amount of funds, therefore, cost control needs to be done in order to reduce the waste of construction funds. Landscaping cost control in fact is the realization of the expected cost of landscape construction as the goal, the cost of budgeting and accounting of a series of activities. The way of cost control can increase the revenue of the project and reduce the construction cost of the whole project. Adopting the optimized fund structure can also reduce the construction cost and promote the development of construction units in line with the requirements of market economy. This article analyzes the problem of cost control of landscape engineering, and then discusses the measures of cost control and fund structure optimization.
