高职院校会计专业教师作为优秀文化知识的重要传递者,其也肩负着为社会培养接班人的重要使命,可以说高职会计专业教师在整个高等素质教育中始终则占据着十分重要的地位。也正因如此,进一步完善会计专业教师的职业能力结构与职业道德修养,构建一支高素质的教师队伍,使其能够更好服务于教育教学工作则尤为重要。本文笔者即结合个人多年从事高职会计专业教学的实践经验,提出构建科学合理的高职会计专业教师职业能力、职业道德评价体系的几点个人建议,以供参考。
As an important translator of excellent cultural knowledge, vocational accounting teachers in vocational colleges also shoulder the important mission of cultivating successors for the society. It can be said that the accounting major teachers in higher vocational colleges occupy a very important position in the entire higher quality education . For this reason, it is particularly important to further improve the professional ability structure and professional ethics of accounting teachers, and to build a team of highly qualified teachers so that they can better serve education and teaching. In this paper, the author combines personal practical experience in teaching accounting in higher vocational colleges for many years and puts forward some personal suggestions on how to build a scientific and reasonable accounting professional teacher’s professional ability and professional ethics evaluation system for reference.
