“,”Objective:To explore the correlation between serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and lung function in children with bacterial infectious pneumonia. Methods:A total of 210 children in Mengzhou People’s Hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were recruited. According to the presence or absence of bacterial infectious pneumonia in this period, they were divided into positive group (n n=110) and negative group (n n=100). The serum IL-6, PCT and hs-CRP levels of the two groups were detected. Correlation analysis was performed in serum IL-6, PCT, hs-CRP levels and lung function.n Results:Compared with the negative group, The serum IL-6, PCT and hs-CRP levels in the positive group were significantly higher than those in the control group (n P<0.05). The serum IL-6, PCT and the hs-CRP levels of children in the pulmonary function grade IV group were significantly higher than those in the grade Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group, and the pulmonary function in grade Ⅲ group was significantly higher than that in the grade Ⅱ group (n P<0.05). The forced expiratory volume in the first second, minimum respiratory peak velocity, and forced vital capacity of lung function in grade Ⅳ group were significantly lower than those in grade Ⅱ group and grade Ⅲ group; lung function in grade Ⅲ group was significantly lower than that in grade Ⅱ group (n P<0.05); The serum IL-6, PCT and hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with lung function grade (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The serum IL-6, PCT and hs-CRP levels increase significantly and are positively correlated with the grade of lung function in children with bacterial infectious pneumonia.
