种植花生施用根瘤菌可以提高产量,改进品质.但这项技术,在目前我省还未认真推广,只停留在小面积示范上.因此,要在全省大面积推广仍要做很多工作.从科研方面来说,目前应首先选育出适应性强、固氮效能高的优良菌种和有关应用生态条件及施用技术方面的研究,以便充分发挥根瘤菌的共生固氮作用.(一)菌株的筛选方法及其固氮效能鉴定自1977年开始,我们从全省20多个县采集到97个地点的花生根瘤样本,经分离纯化共获得78株花生根瘤菌.其中慢生长型菌株
