实行卫生工作全行业管理,打破医疗机构的行政隶属关系和所有制界限,积极实施区域卫生规划,是八部委《关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》提出的一项重要任务。企业医院是我国计划经济体制的产物,在当时的社会条件下,企业医院为缓解医疗供需矛盾,保障企业生产,起到了重要的作用。当前,在深化国有企业改革中,企业医院如何改?齐鲁石化医院集团认为:实现从传统医院制度到现代医院制度的转变,其核心和基础是医院产权制度的转变。

At present, in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, how to change the enterprise hospital?
