列车乘务人员一年中大约有三分之二的时间是在火车上度过的。火车上人多、污染严重、生活不规律。对列车乘务人员的身体健康有明显影响。为了探讨列车乘务人员甲乙型病毒性肝炎的感染情况,为防制措施提供依据,我们于1991年5月对北京铁路局部分乘务人员进行血清流行病学调查。材料与方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,抽取半年内无肝炎病史、无急慢性疾病、无乙肝疫苗接种史且跑车一年以上的347名乘务人员,其中男203人,女144人。
About two-thirds of the train crew members spend on a train during the year. Many people on the train, polluting, irregular life. Have a clear impact on the health of the train crew. In order to explore the status of seropositive hepatitis A and B infection of train crew members and to provide the basis for prevention and control measures, we conducted a serological epidemiological survey on some flight attendants of the Beijing Railway Administration in May 1991. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 347 crew members, including 203 males and 144 females, without a history of hepatitis, no acute and chronic diseases, no hepatitis B vaccination history and more than one year of racing were recruited in a randomized cluster sampling method.
