动脉弹性又称顺应性,它主要反映了动脉舒张功能的状态,动脉腔径的大小及动脉管壁硬度等决定了动脉弹性[1]。动脉硬化是引起心脏负荷增加、血压升高的根本原因[2]。篮球运动速度快,对抗强,节奏变化多样,受到大学生的喜爱。为探讨专项篮球运动对大学生动脉弹性的影响,以扬州大学22名健康学生作为研究对象,分为专项组(体育学院篮球专项学生)和对照组(其他院非体育专业学生),测试其心率、血压、脉搏波传导速度(bapwv)和下肢血管堵塞现象。结果表明,篮球专项组学生的下肢血压值比其他院非体育专业学生组显著上升(P≤0.05);心率出现下降,但差异性不明显;脉搏波传导速度想显著降低(P≤0.05),下肢血管堵塞状况(ABI)出现明显变化(p≤0.05)。结论:有一定强度和规律的篮球运动能够改善血管弹性,对防止动脉粥样硬化,促进心血管健康具有积极作用。
Artery elasticity, also known as compliance, which mainly reflects the state of arterial diastolic function, the size of the arterial lumen and arterial wall stiffness determines the arterial elasticity [1]. Arteriosclerosis is the root cause of increased cardiac load and high blood pressure [2]. Basketball speed, confrontation strong, varied rhythms, loved by college students. To investigate the effect of special basketball on arterial elasticity of college students, 22 healthy students in Yangzhou University were divided into two groups: special group (basketball college students) and control group (non-physical major students) to test their heart rate, Blood pressure, pulse wave velocity (bapwv) and lower extremity vascular occlusion. The results showed that the blood pressure of lower limbs of students in basketball special group increased significantly (P≤0.05) than that of other non-PE majors in college, heart rate decreased but the difference was not obvious, and the pulse wave velocity was significantly reduced (P≤0.05) Lower extremity vascular occlusion (ABI) showed significant changes (p <0.05). Conclusion: Basketball with certain strength and regularity can improve the elasticity of blood vessels and play an active role in preventing atherosclerosis and promoting cardiovascular health.
