目的探讨颈段胸导管解剖位置与颈静脉角三角区的关系。方法 应用临床手术入路途径,解剖观察11具成人尸体,测量并记录胸导管颈段的相关数据。结果 胸导管颈段从颈血管鞘后外侧到入静脉的行程情况:①形状:斜型占45.5%,低斜型占27.3%;②干数:单干占63.6%,双干27.3%;③注入部位:止于左静脉角及锁骨下静脉均为 45.5%,但后者止点距左静脉角 0.3~2.1cm,胸导管与颈血管鞘后外侧交点到左静脉角为 0.4~2. 6 cm,而肩胛舌骨肌与颈血管鞘交点到静脉角距离为3.4~5.0cm。结论 颈段胸导管从颈血管鞘后外侧到注入静脉的行程为斜型、无弓,均包含在颈静脉角三角区内。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the location of cervical thoracic duct anatomy and the angle of the jugular vein. Methods By clinical approach, 11 adult cadavers were dissected and the related data of thoracic duct neck were measured and recorded. Results Thoracic catheter neck segment from the lateral to the venous access after the sheath: ① shape: oblique type accounted for 45.5%, low oblique type accounted for 27.3%; ② dry number: 63.6% Dry 27.3%; ③ injection site: stop at the left ventricle angle and subclavian vein were 45.5%, but the latter only point from the left ventricle angle 0.3 ~ 2.1cm, thoracic and cervical canal sheath Lateral intersection to the left venous angle of 0.4 ~ 2. 6 cm, while the angle between the point of intersection of the scapular hyoid muscle and the neck vascular sheath is 3.4-5.0 cm. Conclusions The course of the cervical thoracic duct from the posterolateral to the venous sheath of the cervical canal is oblique and without bow, and are all included in the triangular area of the jugular vein.
