在硼酸钠含量测定中,为消除碳酸钠的干扰,提高测定结果的准确度,本文运用正交实验设计的方法,对实验条件的选择和控制进行了研究。其结论是:①在硼酸钠含量测定中,首先加盐酸分解碳酸钠,然后加多元醇,待给合酸生成之后,再加热驱赶二氧化碳。从而消除碳酸钠的干扰;②选用甘油作络合剂,加热温度控制在130—138℃之间,加热二十分钟,即可测得准确结果。
In the determination of sodium borate content, in order to eliminate the interference of sodium carbonate and improve the accuracy of the determination results, this paper studied the selection and control of the experimental conditions by the method of orthogonal experimental design. The conclusion is: ① in the determination of sodium borate, hydrochloric acid first decomposition of sodium carbonate, and then add polyhydric alcohol, until the acid is generated, and then heated to drive away carbon dioxide. Thereby eliminating the interference of sodium carbonate; ② choose glycerin as complexing agent, heating temperature control between 130-138 ℃, heating twenty minutes, you can measure the exact results.
