①目的探讨脑缺血时皮层突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体的功能及丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。②方法采用大鼠三血管结扎模型,应用放射免疫分析法观察了完全性脑缺血120min时脑皮层突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体功能的改变,同时测定了MDA含量及SOD活力变化。③结果大鼠脑缺血时突触膜颗粒谷氨酸转运体功能和SOD明显降低,MDA明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(t=2.846,4.965,5.071,P<0.05,0.01)。④结论脑缺血时皮层谷氨酸转运体功能降低与自由基损伤有关。
(1) Objective To investigate the function of glutamate transporters and the changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in cerebral cortex synaptic membrane granules. Methods The rat model of three-vessel ligation was used. The function of glutamate transporter in cortical synaptic membrane was observed by radioimmunoassay at 120 min after cerebral ischemia. The content of MDA and the activity of SOD were also determined. ③ Results The function of glutamate transporter and the activity of SOD in the synaptic membrane of rat synaptic membrane decreased significantly after cerebral ischemia, the MDA level increased significantly compared with the control group (t = 2.846, 4.965, 5.071, P <0.05, 0.01). ④ Conclusion Cerebral ischemia glutamate transporter function decreased and free radical damage.
