目的:评价异体脱细胞真皮基质修复口腔黏膜缺损的临床应用。方法:选择9例因口腔肿瘤和癌前病变而导致黏膜缺损病例,以异体脱细胞真皮基质修复口腔黏膜缺损,对修复后的创面愈合情况进行观察。结果:8例以异体脱细胞真皮基质修复的缺损创面完全愈合,1例移植的异体脱细胞真皮基质约10%脱落,缺损创面正常愈合,4周后异体脱细胞真皮基质表面完全上皮化,与周围正常黏膜无明显分界。结论:异体脱细胞真皮基质可作为修复口腔黏膜缺损的一种选择。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix in the repair of oral mucosal defects. METHODS: Nine cases of mucosal defects caused by oral tumors and precancerous lesions were selected. Allograft acellular dermal matrix was used to repair oral mucosal defects. The wound healing after repair was observed. RESULTS: All 8 cases of allogenic acellular dermal matrix repaired the wound completely healed. In 1 case, allografted allogeneic acellular dermal matrix was detached by approximately 10%. The defected wound surface healed normally. After 4 weeks, allogenic acellular dermal matrix surface was fully epithelialized. There is no clear demarcation between the surrounding normal mucosa. Conclusion: Allogeneic acellular dermal matrix can be used as an option to repair oral mucosal defects.
